with Vapor Recovery Unit - used 1 ton unit consists of an indirect fired rotary dryer 30" diameter x 20' long, 3 (three) burners totaling 3 MMBtu to process up to 2 tons per hour of drill cuttings. The unit comes with feed hopper and airlocks at feed and discharge. Single stage vapor recovery unit consists of an ejector style condenser with an air-cooled heat exchanger. All uncondensed vapor is destroyed in a thermal oxidizer. The unit comes complete with controls and can be trailer mounted. This TDU is excellent for processing drill cuttings, tank bottoms and oily sludge.
